The upper floors provides good view of the vast wetland in south and abundant sunlight and air.
There are a few terrace flats too.
Though it's outside the HIDCO area and doesn't have wide road, the place is worth living peacefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well Purti is an well known name and most importantly the build quality of Purti is always amazing. Now coming back to Purti Veda, located in Action Area -I, is always an added advantage. However, with Veda I guess it not right because, if you go to the property it has lot of down side. No grocery shops within a radius of 1KM, the connecting road is very very bad. You will see complete slums all around. Little kids, cattle, goats are roaming around the road. Their is a local Tea shop in-front of the building where people always stare at you. Not very safe for women after 8PM. During monsoon season usually that internal road is full of water. With this price you will get better projects at this stage. May be things will change after 5 years but as of now, not the right place to stay.
