★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The One Star that I did not give is for the location. It is way beyond the city limits, free from the hustle bustle. It is only possible to go there for a weekend and relax. But the whole complex has been developed beautifully and the prices are also reasonable for the bungalows. You have all the options, like a small flat, duplex, triplex etc.

otherwise super clean and beautiful luxury place to live..SBI bank is just outside.
Aquatica gate is just outside.
also 12C/2 bus stop is just outside.
