★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very plain full experience.One of the worse nursing in the earth.I have admitted my mother on 9Jan 21 under Dr S K Roy at ICU due to strock. During 5 days journey my mother health condition is pathetically bad.Thy are not regular changes or clean bed atall.Nurses and aya's are not doing anything. Everytime they are interested to doing gossips not else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely apathetic. Doctors are horrible. In the name of updates they'll just say can't be sure. Keep in ICU a little longer. They are charging 15000 for general and 30000 for ICU bed. This is how they're minting money through Covid patients. Oh btw.... They provide absolutely no bills or written information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital. This is not a nursing home. No such nursing home facilities are available here. Moreover, the behaviour of most of the staffs are ill mannered. I think this hospital don't pay well to the staffs that is the reason they are frustrated and behave like this to their patient party . The cashier lady, who is actually an immature and frustrated person, don't know how to talk or handle patient party. She thinks herself, she is the owner of the hospital still she have no qualities to manage. Non-bengali lady cannot understand the bengali tone of words and react like nonsense. She needs immediate psychiatric treatment. Kindly keep educated staffs if you want to run this hospital in future. Education is very important to deal with clients/customers/patient party. Hospital management need immediate replacement of ill mannered staffs. Shared the worst review to social media, so that no other family admits their patient in this hospital, untill and unless the hospital management take the proper action on their employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not at all trained as per hospital management system. They are not at all well educated and well behaved... Unprofessional staffs... Don't Know how to deal with the patient party with empathy. Very much impatient and rude. They are only running business. Make the patient party confuse and impose unnecessary charges. Unorganized hospital and procedure is not systematic. Untrained ayas.
No restrictions of wearing mask in hospital premises... Nurses and staffs are roaming without masks. No protection for Covid-19.
Only the doctors are good here nothing else.
If you always have other options never ever admit your patient in this nursing home. It is just like govt. hospital. Not at all like private nursing home as it seems to be by the name.
