★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very limited stock they keep. We have purchased tea cake which has raisins in it which has spoiled the taste.
Also, we bought chili cheese ling in which the taste of cheez was missing and it was too spicy.

1) Decent taste of pastries
2) Hospitality of staff is good
3) Savories is also decent in taste
4) Pricing is at times lower than its contemporaries for certain items
The bad;
1) Disposable spoons and plates are not convenient when eating the pastries at the shop itself
2) Range of pastries is lesser than its competitors (maybe they were less when I had visited)

Love... Everything from this place. The name surely speaks for itself.
Merwans - one of the oldest in south Mumbai, coming up with franchise and spreading the joy across the city .
Be it savoury or the pastry or cakes, merwans has never disappointed me.
My fav chicken garlic pattice, Ivory Tragan ... Tuxedo.... focaccia...the famous mawa cake ofcourse...lemon crackle... caramel custard.... and the list goes on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, the products no doubt are amazing. I ordered 2 cakes, a red velvet cake which was good but somehow the cream cheese frosting was s bit chunky, got some pieces while eating. The 2nd one was Descendent chocolate mousse cake which is just amazing.
The best part of my trip is the baked yogurt, it's my all time favourite. DO TRY IT.
The issue now I faced is with the staff, too arrogant to talk as if they are doing something forcefully. Merwans is a good big chain and needs to make sure the staff is polite to the customers.
The product no doubt are amazing but the staff has taken down the 2 star ratings for the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merwans is always best and good in quality. Puffs and pattices are fresh and hot. Pastries are fresh. Wide range of options are available in veg and non veg. Cookies, biscuits and cake are also sold. Prices are reasonable and budget friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaint on the product so far, but about the professional behaviour of the staff. Staff is always in a hurry for billing, where as customer is still deciding and selecting other products to buy. This has happened several times. Owner,pls train your staff to be courteous towards your customer. By buying more, we are adding more business to you and not passing time at the shop.
