★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one pickups the call... They lost my NACH form and did not activate the auto-debit which affected by CIBIL. I have trail of emails which they refuse to reply. Absolutely pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to lose all your patience, money and time there is, this is a must visit place. The officials are the least professional bunch you will ever meet in your life. The kind of service or disservice you get here is beyond comparison. So much so, they could just misplace your cheque and they offer no compensation. Nor an apology. The Branch manager is another arrogant person to top it all. We have started our process of moving the loan to a different bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken home loan,, but now i have feeling that , why i selected LIC HFL Panvel branch... very very poor response and very slow.. No person taking any action for any kind of help. really feels very sad about this branch useless officers and employee. They are never picking phone call or Email reply..
i suggest , don't take any loan from LIC HFL.... very very 3rd class... i am really dis appointed the way of response...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter how bad the situation is, don't go to LICHFL. Their service is very bad. Once your loan is approved, no one will entertain you. You will just suffer. I paid 10.5 lakh interest in front of 4.5 lakh capital in 4 years. And now I have transferred my loan to sbi. Even after 4 months,still struggling to get my original papers. Don't waste your time and your health by taking a loan from this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too useless. The number given on the sanction letter does not exist. And the agent doesn't pick up the phone. We have just run a time pass for the last two months. Only the money is withdrawn and the disbursement is still not done.

Pathetic behaviour from all staff.
Mr. Ranjan is most "kamchor" person in this office, behaves like a "gunda" starts fighting on small issues.
