★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the worst company in the world of SAP. Companies like this have mushroomed in Hyderabad and Bangalore, but they lack ethics and principle to run business. The main intent of such cheap grade companies is to hire desperate and promising candidates looking to start their career in SAP by hiring them as Interns without salary and assuring them that based on their performance after 3 months, they may be hired in company's permanent payroll. During these 3 months time , candidates will be asked to work day in and day out, irrespective of weekend for free and once 3 months is completed, company comes with an offer stating that candidates need to submit a cheque of 1 lakh INR to the company as a security deposit, and company will now start paying 5000 INR for the next 3 months , followed by 10,000 INR from the fourth month onwards. To be very honest this company doesn't pay salaries to their employees on time and there are times when the backlog is as high as 3-4 months. There is a particular working model of this company, they take multiple small scale projects and keep hiring young people as Interns and get the maximum out of them in 3 months after which if the candidate is not agreeing to accept the company's inhumanitarian clauses then they will again hire few more young people and get the work done for free in the next three months, in this way the chain continues. Moreover, there is discrimination at workplace in this company based on region and language. Non -Kannad people are going to have very tough time as the team members doesn't delegate important responsibilities to them and may keep you at bay in all important meetings , hence, making you emotionally insecured. My earnest request to experienced guys reading this review is that don't ruin your career by joining this company if you have any offer from here, this company is suitable for college pass out freshers struggling to start a career somewhere, but it's a big NO NO for lateral candidates.

worst company to start your career.It is their condition that they keep interns for 3 months without paying salary.And going there, you will know that all are bonded labor not IT consultant bcs People who are working here have given a cheque of one lakh and are not able to leave due to this reason. People did not get salary for 5 months.you will be mentally and financially ruined. They dupe you in such a way that you cannot even think. Salary growth First 3 month not salary after this 5k for another 3 months, then 10k.
Any reviews that have been shown to be good have been written forcefully by interns in there 2nd or 3rd week of internship.
It is better that you remain unemployed and safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I have never seen. I left on May 2019. Till now I have not received my full and final settlement. For resignation or termination they will take immediate decision. For full and final settlement they won't pay. During pandemic I have suffered a lot, I literally begged them to pay my salary but they didn't as if I am asking their packet money. Also they mentioned not to give review in google.
