How many companies have you heard about who does pair-group-discussion with strangers as the very first step in interview filtering process??? I believe in the end what they have are coders who speaks more than code..lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about all the employees who are working there but for testing trainees there is one trainer thushar.He is playing with trainees and there careers he humiliating the freshers .they are crying every day because of his words .I am seeing my sister every day she is working 8Am to 11 pm in some days.even though there is no appreciation but he is scolding them .
