★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good company to work. Basically works in Insurance. Mostly Genpacters are working here. Distance from city may be an issue as free Cabs take almost 3hours for both ways which leads to your office hours from 9 to almost 12-13hours. Saturdays Sundays are off for Most of the processes. Managers are good here as well FLMs.
Cafeteria is small & most imp cons is that camera phones are not allowed inside the office even they don't allow the lockers to put in your phones for daily basis. Once or twice they allow to put your camera phones in locker rest they refuse & also ask for confirmation email from your FLM's side that you came up with camera phone. ??
