★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metro Shoes are Average. They have a huge potential but first they need to improve their shoe quality. I had purchased shoes from here many times but they have a life of only one year or little more. They have great variety of shoes but only problem is that they are expensive. My grandfather uses Metro shoes but they are really expensive. Thank You.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased shoes of Metro Brand but after 2 weeks the poor quality glue chipped off. I returned back to shop for proper repair or replacement. After weeks time I was returned back shoes with a unexpectedly very low quality repair work. On complain they just polished both shoes to shine it. I am totally dissatisfied.
Summary.. Metro Brand is not a quality. Secondly don't expect any satisfactory response in case of defect.
Now on.. I will never buy or recommend Metro Brand Shoes..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a review big this store specifically, but Metro has been inconvenient. Stitching of a Rs 2000 leather slipper came off within a few days and then the ordeal started
The Raja park store people were not happy offering a replacement... And kept insisting that to they only have the shoes starting at Rs. 5k !!! Poor after Sale service...they have much cheaper products online...but won't show them when you visit the offline store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not co operative , when you go for exchange they denied for every shoe or sandle size they said we don't have size in this ...very very bad behaviour of staff as comparison to mochi staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the shop on January 28 and 29. Very good experience. Good collection of shoes. The sales executive Mr Mukesh Kumar whoawho us was very efficient, polite and courteous. He is an asset to your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales service here the manager and personnel clearly deny you to give after sales service and tell you it's wear and tear. Bought a belt and 2 shoes worth 7.5k and after wearing it for single time the leather started to peel off from shoes as well as from the belt and they told me that it's wear and tear you have to polish the peeled part there's nothing they can do. They won't even gonna try to help you out. Worst experience ever that couldn't be expected from a brand like Metro. Never purchase anything from here I repeat NEVER.

I bought one pair of shoes which was latest model after few months later my shoes leather showing whiteness and today I asked showroom staff to check what happen with my shoes leather and staff members told we can’t help it sir do some black polish on it
I told them I already applied many times but shoes has some other leather issue but they all busy in new sales.
I am regular customer of Metro but today onwards I will neither buy nor refer anyone! ???
