★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and staff of this store is very bad .They are always ready to cheat with customers on the name of digital payment such as Paytm and all.
Mr. Yogesh Khaana and Manish Gupta of this store are two side of same coin . They both are ready to fight and aruge with customers if you are asking for your genuine payment .
I was purchasing a belt from this store on 20th May 2019 , I done payment through Paytm of Rs. 890 they got the payment as i received a message that merchant has received payment . I show them that see this payment has been done to Metro Shoes . He told me Ok Sir after that he said sir we have not recieved payment .After arguments started.
I call to paytm also they mailed me that your merchant have got the payment which i show to him but still he is saying i have not got. I request him to confirm from your accounts team but he was not ready to give any support and clarification to me. Lastly i told me that with this all proof i am going to file a case on you next day mentioning your name ( Manish Gupta and Yogesh Khaana ) to court for payment fraudulent.
After 25 minute there was a call from that store that we have billed your belt you can collect it .
" Mujhe Samajh nhi aaya 25 minute mein aisa kya ho gaya aur jo main 5-6 ghante se request kar raha tha wo kyn suna nhi gaya . Aise ye log aapke store ko badnam karne ke liye baithe hai store pe.
You (Metro Shoes) should think about your staff hiring and there behaviors. I was regular customer of yours but from now i will never suggest anyone .

But branded .it is in jagdev path market . Infront of shop large area for parking .cash and credit both facility available we can as our wish. This is only shop in jagdev path which have good quality product .we can't cheated here like waste products etc. Here discount facility it not available we can buy shoes only fixed rate . We Can't exachange products after some day if we dislike any way.

Pros
1) Ambience is good
2) Employees are cooperative, they assist you with buying a good footwear
3) Shop is easily visible from the road only.
4) Parking is not an issue here
5) Prices are genuine and offer discounts as shown on their official website
Cons
1) There are other metro shoes showrooms in Patna. I don't think they keep that good collection as I can't find my desired footwear.
2) Due to lack of good collection of shoes everything seems to be secondary. Whether it be ambience, cooperative employees or whatever..
I think one should visit this once if you are planning to buy a footwear. May be you get what you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought crocs flip flop 10 days back and it started leaving the joints from all angles. When we came back to store for exchange they told we need to wait for 25 days. This is what Metro is and really didn’t expected from them. Now here customer has to face all that spent so much and still has to wait for so many days to get back. Money is blocked and don’t have product as well. Think before going to this shop for especially branded stuffs.
