★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is really rude. Doesn't talk to his employees politey....uses a slang and jeers insyead. Infact they don't even allow the person accompanying you to be with you. Not done....and not safe to be frank. This kind of an attitude not at all acceptable. Rudeness in hospitality sector is a big no no

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just done my highlight s there spent whole day and after that it's been a week my hair feels so dry and rough that it's been never that much bad...also just had hair cut there but hair cut is also not done as that much good it's feels like haircut is done from a local saloon there is no any wow factor there... Very disappointed.... I had faith on metro but now I m so much disappointed there.... Very poor... I m not even willing gave one star also....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metro is one of the oldest & most trusted salon specially for hair styling & treatments in Maninagar area. The ambience is amazing, staff is friendly & even the prices are affordable & not very high.
I would definitely recommend you to visit the salon once for your haircut & treatments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is awesome at Metro salon.. especially there is an employee named pooja..she is so friendly and her work is perfect.. waxing and manicure pedicure done by her is just awesome..I recommend everyone to must take service with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for the manicure and pedicure service in the evening around 6PM with my friend. Here is my experience with that:
Positive Points:
- Liked the scrubbing and dead skin removal process
- Good work with final nail polish
- Politeness of beautician
Negative Points:
- Since it was evening beauticians were in a hurry to complete the service which ultimately spoiled our experience.
- I had to sit and wait for my beautician for 15-20 mins as she made me wait and even water even got cold while my feet and hands were soaking in the water.
- The beautician was doing the massage very fast and in hurry. Didn’t feel the satisfaction you usually get after a good mani pedi session.
- Hygine issues, water supply was poor even after they have renovated the entire space.
I would suggest a good training sessions so that these issues can be solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very much not expected services, firstly they can not take appointments prior to services, even with walk-in services, no proper commitments to estimated waiting time, we were told half n hour, yet we waited for more than 1.5 hours and still no services were provided for only haircut requested. Very bad experience. As a result we waited for 2 hours and left the place without any haircut services in disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for Pedicure service today considering the good name of salon. Staff was polite and welcoming. However I witnessed lack of professionalism in their service.
1. They gave me an apron to wear and saw that it was already used by someone else before and there were dirty white marks on it. (They gave me other one later once I asked for it)
2. I sat down for pedicure, i experienced unhygienic way of their practice.
3. Most Importantly, They were so much in a hurry to finish their task and just go home. I mean, I went there to relax but all I felt was guilty that They have to do my pedicure.
