★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience this time... I used to be a regular customer here because the staff were too good and friendly... But this time, all were new fresh batch students I guess, they were charging me extra for hair wash which was already chargeable. This was my last visit to Lakme brand and I would suggest my friends also to not go there. After going there almost 2 and half years, they behave this way to their customers. Pathetic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good behaviour of Staff. Specially their way of providing service along with smil on face. I have done hair cut after a long time and I am very happy regarding my hair cut.
Thanks Mr. Pankaj for doing great hair cut and also providing valuable suggestions for hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I can understand that they are carrying a brand name and charge accordingly to maintain there bench mark, I went there for an hair cut, the basic charge for there hair cut is 700 which include hair wash, hair cut and blow dry which I didn't had problem to pay. Due to extra oil in my hair they said 1 extra wash will be needed in my hair for which extra charges will be applicable I was even ok with that and there extra charge for hair wash was 350. How can you even expect a person to pay that much jUst for an extra hair wash? That gave me total of 1050 just for an hair cut which I den didn't took. seriously speaking this is a false rate to imply on.
Won't suggest to go there.
Everybody want to provide best service but it must be reasonable and genuinely charged.
