★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour. The staff kept on talking and discussing things between themselves while providing services. There is no privacy maintained. Not keeping the area covered with curtains. I had been there for cleanup. They dont have set procedure or steps to be followed. No steam done during cleanup and started with scrub and facepack. No toning of skin . And then the staff just removed the face pack and asked me to clean my face myself with a tissue.
