★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tested RTPCR in which I got covid detected but the same time I have tested in govt hospital which results negative. On which we have to trust. I suggest to not go there for any test as exact report not issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of Metro RTPCR test lab are not efficient. They wrongly feed data in Covid 19 ICMR test sample form against what we give our information at the time of submission of sample. Even the name and age of the patient is wrongly registered. I doubt whether the test report is issued correctly to the patients. They also do not respond their contact nos mentioned in their lab.

False report, pathetic staff, they dont even know how to talk with someone the only thing the know is how to make money by manipulating people and by providing false report specially the person who sits on the accounts section that person OH MY GOD!!!! worst to the worst person I’ve ever seen his name is mahesh that person told me pay full amount at the time of collecting sample so i did but when i came back to collect the report mahesh again ask me for the money i told him that i already paid but he totally denied and started yelling on me for no reason. (Mahesh if you’re reading this… believe me you’re the worst person in that entire lab) guys please don’t go in this lab please its a request ??
