★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While booking the house visit, they said that the covid report would take 24 hrs. When I didn't get it in 24 hrs, they said that it could take upto 48 hrs and this is hour standard time. This information could have been given clearly at the time of booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good diagnostic center. All test were done properly and professionally.
The reports were also given on time and staff made sure to make is easy.
However they must work on waiting area as there is no proper sitting arrangement. No AC or fan was there, apart from this nobody was available earlier at the reception. We have to wait and rest they are doing good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My blood test charges is above Rs11000. I have been asked to pay full amount at the time of sample collection. But I wanted to pay 50% now and 50% at the time of report collection. But receptionist didn't allow me and said there is no such policy. So I request you to make policies which will helpful to patients for payment. Thank you.
