★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After repeated calls to the staff of this lab from sunday(4/4/21)a person came to my house on 5/4,/21 @15 hours and took samples of nose and throat swab for Covid 19.when I asked how much time it will take ,he told me that test report will be available within 24 hours.Today i.e.on 6/4/21 I received a message that ur sample collected @10.47AM and sent to NRPL for test.Even after 24 hours I am waiting for my test result

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not show the responsibility to revert . It's been more than 24 hours I have been trying to contact them . I have called them more than 100 times on different numbers . But no one is receiving the call . At the time of test they said your report will come within 48 hours and now it's been more than 48 hous also .
I don't know what are they waiting for . If someone from the Hospital is reading this please help . because the patient is serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NRPL Pathology Lab Is Situated In Dhantoli Near Getwell Hospital .They Provide All Kinds Of Blood Testing Services. The Staff Personnel Are Professional. This Lab Is Open All Days 24 Hours. Spectrum Medical Imaging Clinic Is Also Located In The Same Building.They Also Provide Covid-19 Testing Service. And If Anyone Wants To Do The Tests At Their Own Home Then You Can Simply Make A Call At NRPL House For The Same.
