★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, lady who does the test I feel has no experience in collecting blood samples, the way the needle was inserted I had terrible pain, the next day when the band-aid was removed, the place where the needle was inserted I found blood clot all around. I had this experience during Vaccination for my wife
Today I had home visit for my routine annual checkup which I am doing in this lab for the past 5 years
The technician Mr.Balraj was highly professional in his approach I was observing him from starting of wearing PPE kit, gloves ,use of sanitizer and he followed all the protocol 100%.
they were prompt in fixing appointment and generating results in time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous experience at Malleswaram. Despite registration for a COVID test, we were made to wait for over one hour with no update and our testing was still not done and we had no choice but to walk out of the lab.
Extremely likely that you will contract the virus from the lab itself, as the receptionist doesn't understand the concept of a mask and wears it below the nose and social distancing is a myth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in their service. Made a mistake of choosing R.V.Metropolis,Malleshwaram for my Master health checkup. Scan was delayed for more than 4 hours and was exhausted waiting for my turn. At last the consultant physician was in-experienced in his field. Waste of money and time. Wanted to give no star but no option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have another option never think about this lab, just go for the other option. Very unprofessional service and reports take endless time and you have to call them daily for the report and no one helps. It's take 5 days for a rapid test report. Very pathetic service.
