★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed with their services. They are compromising the safety and quality of service these pandemic times. Their technicians for collecting blood samples during their home visit come without PPT kits. Also, when I got my vaccination done, they never reported the data to BBMP as as a result I could not get my vaccination certificate. I had to struggle for two months to get the certificate and finally I got it from some other hospital after BBMPs intervention. I had very good opinion before these incidents about this diagnostic center in Malleswaram, Bangalore

Was asked onto come at 8 for RTPCR, and when I reached there by 8 I was told that the samples are only collected at different lab which was about 1 km from here. Next after reaching to the other lab, they asked to come at 10 am. Totally incompetent persons and inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service especially for CGHS beneficiary we travelled all d way frm nagarbavi for some test pesercibed by CGHS Doctor the previous day we had called and enquirred abt prescribed test and v Belong to group CGHS they told me nd my aged mom to walk in directly but next day wen v walked in @7 A.M der employees was highly improffesional and rude too nd for abdomen scan v have to come another dey all d way from nagarbavi

The team is pathetic, i had asked for blood test with sugar test too but they have done only blood test and havent mentioned that sugar test was there as we wouldnt know the technical details.
Now i am travelling and they have put in a spot.i have to go again and take a test.
I have been going here forever and after this i dont think i ll visit them ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Mahesh R is an excellent service oriented person in the lab as per my views and long association with RV Metropolis Diagnostic center.
He is very systematic and capable person to draw blood sample as and when required.
He is an asset of the concern. As a professional phlebotomist....he is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, especially for CGHS benificiaries. On 29.12.2021 arrived with my wife @ 7AM by travelling from 11 Kms for some tests prescribed to both by the CGHS doctor.
To give blood samples we didnot have xerox copies of CGHS cards and requested the staff at Reception to take sample by presenting the original CGHS Cards ,copies will be submitted after 2 Hours coming again to give sample after food refused to oblize and we left. Next day we both visited and undergone for tests. But again for obdoman scanning asked us to book in advance given date after 6days that @5.30 PM. In other labs on the same day all the tests will be done on the day by the afternoon. Sorry state for not arranged a fullpledged doctor for scanning to perform on the same day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the home sample collection service. Technician Mahesh is very punctual, efficient and courteous. However, I am not happy with this new practice of asking the patient to give so many details like Doctor's name, registration number, etc. It had made the whole process very tedious and complicated.
