★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware: Inexperienced staff and worst service!
I visited the centre with my 7 year old son for dengue NS1 test. Their staff Bhavesh was the only one available to do his sampling. During the process, got my son to bleed profusely from his arm and made it worse by pressing cotton upon the needle when it was still in the skin!!!

My takeaways from this experience:
1. Professionalism is to maintain a adequate level of service and knowledge level for staff. If the staff is not confident, better to say it upfront to the patient, leave the decision to him!
2. The lady is more busy multitasking home with the store and no heed is given to have a trained in-store staff which is equally important as a trained field staff!
It takes huge level of commitment and sincerity to be successful in any business venture! You don’t become SRL or Dr Lal Paths in just a day!!!
