★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought some Arduino products and these people have sold me an Arduino esplora in an unsealed box, in tampered condition and board is full of dust. It was sold with discount. They have not mentioned anything about the condition of the product and they argue reluctantly that it is in working condition and since it is an old product packing is bad. They rejected to replace it, saying that it is not a genuine complaint. So be careful when you buy from MGsuperlabs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer and shipping service, they don't even acknowledge any service and respond with ultimate carelessness. I will quote exact words "You need the product so its your responsibility to find your shipment, we are not responsible for your shipment"
This was after they put wrong address on the shipment and even denied that it was their mistake, which i got to know after contacting blue dart.
I will recommend to not even buy anything from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has not been so great with my 1st order. At the time of placing the order this person promised to have the order delivered within 10 days of time. As per the terms we had to pay all amount in advance and its been 01 month now few items of this order are still undelivered. The person picks up calls as per own convenience and doesn't even care to respond to emails.
