To the point, worst experience with Mg jabalpur service part. They will promise you like anything but when you will need them due to any issue with vehicle they will try their best to avoid fixing problem and ultimately you be lost and convinced that you have to be with that problem in your vehicle and wait for major hazard to be happen. I bought new Mg hector on 15/Jun/21 and observed tyre bulging issue after 20km first run only same evening. On complaint Mg jbp asked to me visit nearest service center which was satna Reno for me. I have been talking to Mr Swapnil Soni (service manager) and Mr Robin Khatwani (Owner) First visit , 3hrs of their mechanics inspection and all agreed that 3 tyres are defected. However in the first instance Mg service manager and Owner were not agreed as he couldn't see problem over pictures and videos, and mechanic who confirmed the issue was not liable or technically sound for them - funny. Second visit, same Reno service center 4hrs visit, all 3 tyre inspected by other mechanics and they all found defect, but now MG involved good year and good year inspected online pics and videos and approved only 2 tyres. However I explained everyone that all 3 tyres are defected and can be replicated while running. Mg service manager agreed to replace all 3tyres but again they sent 3rd faulty tyre which was not even advisable to use by their own mechanics. Finally Mg owner asked me to visit good year dealer satna and get everything inspected again. On good year visit they rejected 3rd tyre approval as they can't find any issue by touching it in -out. And they said the dshape is on joint and that will be there. However I asked them to have a ride as only issue visible on running car. They denied to test. So there is no way to prove problem as they won't test, won't trust on customer or dealers mechanics. This is called dealock condition. I have visited thrice for this issue on working days spent around 20hrs with them but no luck. Finally I have decided to change tyre own with probably other brand as I can't compromise with safety. Very hurting , disappointing, horrible experience with MG dealer and their service. I never asked to put Goodyear tyre then why I need to worry about Goodyear approval I never understood. My direct relationship was with Mg and if Mg mechanics are saying there is problem then why Mg is unable to fix the problem. As per my experience the reason is incapable service manager and direct involvement of Mg owner on saving cost and labour charges. Everything I have complaint with MG customer care but now I doubt if they have that much authority to catch Mg dealer. Feedback - Mg jabalpur is failed to provide service, incapable of handling Mg products. Just selling car shouldnt be their priority. Thanks. MP20/TRC/JBP/000004288

I bought MG Hector 1.5 petrol variant recently from MG motors showroom, Jabalpur. Their hospitality was good, professional staff and very friendly. It was a great experience. I even had a chance to test drive the top automatic variant of Hector. I must confess, it has a powerful engine, its spacious and looks good. I drove 435Km (almost 8 hours) immediately after the purchase. Its stable and easy to maneuver. Its quite early to give a full review on the vehicle's performance. However, MG must improve the Tomtom Map. I would prefer Google Map as of now to Tomtom. I believe it can be upgraded. Thank you. :-)

Happy with the Service . Great professionalism shown from all the staff with whom soever I got chance to interact. Even though the vehicle was bought in bangalore.Service advisor Subham was exceptional,the way whole team treated my vehicle was exceptional. Would recommend MG and its service to one and all in jabalpur.
