I am specially impressed with the RM, Prabhat Tamrakar who was very patient with all my queries, and provided ample support to enable this purchase remotely as well as delivered at our door step in a timely fashion. We were interacting with Mr. Deepak Mulchandani and he has been very courteous and helpful through the process of our buying and made our experience even better. Overall, very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't recommend this dealer to anyone. Their relationship manager only make fake promises for delivery. They just need the booking so as to trap customers. Go for Shubh Motors. I booked New Baleno here in March last week with an estimated delivery by April 10. They kept revolving week by week till May 1st week but as I came to know their intentions, I booked at the other dealer in 2nd week April. Finally I got my new car within 4 weeks from Shubh Motors but these idiots are still promising me delivery by 15th May. Shame on you Standard Motocorp. Don't make fake promises. This is not how you should do the business. Also escalated this with Maruti, never ever provided any update on what car is allotted and when will it come on your own. Pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOOKED BALENO IN APRIL FIRST WEEK. PROMISED DELIVERY IN 4 WEEKS. NOBODY FROM THE SHOWROOM CONTACTED ME EVER ON ANY UPDATES. AND WHENEVER I CALLED THEM, ALWAYS GOT A RESPONSE THAT I WILL GET AFTER 1 MONTH. NOW AFTER MAY 1ST WEEK AGAIN SAYING CAR WILL COME AFTER 15 MAY. POOR EXPERIENCE. DEGRADING NEXA BRAND. VERY BAD DEALER. FINALLY CANCELLED MY BOOKED AND MY RELATIONSHIP MANAGER HAPPILY DID THAT. THE WORST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I purchased my S-Cross from Nexa Standard Motocorp and believe you me I had a great experience from the dealership . From booking of the vehicle till delivery day everyone from the dealership be it the Relationship Manager or SRM or DSE coordinated very well and gave me the best deal . Even I had few concern and doubts which were addressed very well by the Quality Manager. And Hats off to the General Manager Mr. Ajay Naidu for the remarkable service throughout the time .
So if you're looking forward to purchase a vehicle and Confused between Shubh Nexa or STANDARD NEXA.
From My experience I would highly recommend everyone reading this review go for STANDARD NEXA CIVIL LINES.
