β β β β β Service center is good. Location is slightly inside but well marked. Spare part availability need to be improved. I think spare parts are stored at Surat hence takes time to get the same. Staff is polite, helpful and pro active. I am always satisfied with their service.

Nothing would be checked on free services.
Have to wait more than 3 or 4 hours just for a little work.
No checking of alignment or tyre and if you complain they said these were not included in free checkup.
No one is taking responsibility for the work .
Have to visit 3 times for the same work in a month.
Since they say they can't predict or ensure anything about the vehicle even for small problems.
They don't guarantee their service.
Please look for some other service centre instead this.

β β β β β It's near sector 14 , ghoda chowk flyover, its a looting machine ... they estimated for my etios liva rs 38,800 for regular services + AC service and suspension with 7-8 thousand of spare parts and rest labour +GST ...Then after confronting they came down to 28,000.... Gov should look into this general loot by these dealers. Better to purchase genuine parts and service done by third party.
