It's good for services. For paid services it's better to visit service station such as Bosch, etc. Nexa is doing unnecessary replacement in the name of standard operating practice.such as replaced the spark plug at 20K whereas it is required to be changed at 40K citing that vehicle is 4years old, whether it has run 20k it doesn't matter. Spark plug is an electro-mechanical equipment, nothing goes wrong in it. Burning hole is pocket. Too much harresment through WhatsApp message and Service Advisors to increase the bill amount.

This was my 3rd service done by Nexa service centre in gurgaon i am mentioning my concern because nobody cares about how the service got to be done, 1) I did not like the seating capacity giving by the Nexa service centre at gurgaon location very less. 2) when i went to the bathroom there was no light it was all dark and messy. 3) While doing the cleaning by Nexa at service centre they destroyed my foot matts especially the drivng seating matt really really disappointed. 4) I have some billing issues as well, They charged me for foot paper matts which was undijustable. 5) They charged me for plus oil drain,Fliter assy oil,Gas ket. 6) I don't know why they have charged me for interior protection covers without asking my permission. 7) Nobody was there to serve for any drink, tea etc. They just gave me the bill and copy and said pay the bill and take your car at home. This was my 3rd service i haven't thought that these charges are genuinely taken.

Good service, well organized waiting lounge, very supportive service managers (all service managers). It's been a 4+ year that getting my car service or any car maintenance services done from here. I haven't face any type of issues regarding any thing.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. They don't even listen to the customer grievance properly and doesn't respond to the complaint after their work done. Unprofessional and pathetic behaviour by the nexa dealer Prem motors What's the use of providing this customer care number when you can't even pick up calls and respond to the customer issues. System generated message to sbko dal lete ho, phone uthana bhi hota hai.

The 4.6 rating shown does not truly reflect the services provided here. Even 'Poor' is an understatement. The below mentioned points are to be noted for new customers 1. I had asked the service centre manager at 8:45am to deliver the car at my place as I have not had breakfast. They agreed and at 9:15 am told me to wait as the car would be ready in 2 hours. I am sitting here at 12:09 pm still waiting for the car to go for washing. 2. The forgot to place the compressor belt of AC and missed it during the final inspection also. Took it out for a road test and found the AC was not working. The incharge came upto me and told me that the compressor is faulty and needs to be replaced. Soon they realised it is the mistake of the person who serviced the car and put the belt back in place. 3. They would change the spark plag at every 40k even if they were replaced at 70k kms. It is not an option. The customer has to get it done necessarily. This is a first for me that the customer does not have a choice. They are charging 10k plus for my eight service. Overall feedback is a definite no for new people coming in. Dear Suzuki, please take a note of all this. Also i don't want a top up message to contact some xyz person to explain the issues and find solution. Totally unimpressed.

They are overpriced and that too for regular inspection. It was my 4th year service but upon discussion with service advisor he worked with his supervisor to remove few items which comes as irrelevant add on. When requested advisor had send video of the oil change. Iqbal was the service advisor and he had done a good job. However the service center lady was high headed when shared feedback she said they cannot satisfy all their customers and proud of their 4.6 rating. Advisor was patient and understood the issues. Think before you go and be careful and vigilant on the services and breakup cost before starting the services.
