★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a flagship showroom and a big one. They will greet person very warmly, but a warning! Once you are done with booking the response will be very slow from them , rather NIL.
Also just have it mind if you visit by car you will be paying 70bucks everytime as parking charges, so make up your mind in one go.?

Edited on 21st Apr 2022 - And that ends there. It's been almost 4 months since we booked our MG Hector through this dealer (Cargo Motors). Booked on 1st Jan 2022 with expected delivery in 2 to 3 months. The experience of the first visit was just an illusion, once the car was booked and deposit paid, we were forgotten like we dont exist. We gave the dealer no pain for 3 months as per their timeline and only started interacting in April. It's been several follow ups, requests and even accepting a change in color choice but there is still no sign or communication about the delivery date. In fact every week we are told a new timeline without any real commitment but only fluid dates. Extremely dissappointed in how customers are never informed or approached once the initial protocol/courtesy sales calls are over.
Not naming people but I am sure when the management reads this, they should be able to know who is responsible.
Not an experience worth going through again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly inefficient workforce and false promises. Will suggest serious buyers to consider other dealership or brand.
The 32milestone dealership is literally struggling to provide even a test drive to customer.
I interacted with Mr. Akash who promised for a test drive at my place but it was never done. I lost my interest in the brand as the customer support and experience appeared big-time flawed.
Course of event as below:
1) Enquired about car from representative over phone, he briefed about the models, test drive at home was confirmed for coming Saturday
2) I visited the showroom on the Thursday since I was free and near the dealership. Checked the in-showroom model, Test drive could not be provided by dealership as Hector was on the move.
3) Returned back and waited for Saturday as I already had my home test drive slot booked (as per point 1 above)
4) Got a message for confirmation of my home test drive on phone in the morning but the representative did not turn up till afternoon. On calling, he said that all the test drive cars are unavailable so it cannot be done on (this was pre-booked and still!)
5) Got a call 1 week later from the same person, now he said that home test drive cars are unavailable on Saturday and Sundays and I should visit the showroom to get the test drive done!!
I tried this both ways and do not intend to invest any more time running around their inefficient staffs.
All I have been provided are false commitments and misleading informations.
Hopefully, MG rethinks as this eventually spoils reputation and name of the brand.
