Going to this company is biggest mistake of my life . They don't have capability to give salary to employees . If you think you have good experience then don't go to this company.

It's a huge organisation that has shown resilience and bounced back into competition. Its size and complex internal process makes it a bit sluggish to maneuver the sharp bends introduced by fast changing consumer needs and emerging trends. However, what makes it so special is that it's still a leader in innovation and introducing new technologies which other companies leverage to build their products on. Work culture of Vincit is awesome, its all based on trust. No other organisation as per my knowledge trusts its employees as much as my Vincit. Vincit invest a lot in training and development.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for 1.5 years with vincit software and it was a nice experience. I really learned a lot from here. The good company especially for freshers. A little pressure is always positive. Mr Jatin goal is a calm, positive and nice person. it would be great if you directly report to him.
.... but H.R needs to improve herself. she forgets all the things that she spoke you a minute before so just clear all the things in writing.
