★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service....nobody available for receiving calls...photo approval/ disapproval time limit is given within 24hrs. But after 48hrs. Nothing changes in status. So not able to apply...helpline service very poor. This department increases the suffering of the people by forgetting the duty.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad and Pathetic, their numbers are out of service, and no contact info on website also, NO REEMBURSMENT/RETURN POLICY PAGE, it only contains the application preview, no complaints are taken. Phone line is always busy, if you go personally then they ask to visit website. Need a proper ED/CBI investigation on Mhada scheme and its history, might be corruption.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience while talking with officials in Mhada. They don't pick up phone call, do not answer for emails. When we visit office, Most of the time they are outside. They dont do proper work.
I think many officials corrupt here. They given our flat to other, even if we won in lottery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are helpful. Lunch time is 130 to 230. Plan accordingly. Just a word of caution if the senior is gone out for a break or anything. You cannot say for sure how long it will take to get the work done. Ask in advance what is the next step and for what you are asked to wait.

The deadline dates are not final all the time . So consult and take the best possible option to arrange money.
Firstly the prices of flats are just like other normal Flats price in the area so don't rush into it. Do your research before opting for the house. Just as its MHADA it's imagined as it's affordable and cheap. ITS NOT.
Apply online.
If you get Selected.
Take the Offer letter>> They call it Dekar Patra.
With the help of this Offer letter you can get a Sanction letter from the Bank.
Before giving in your details ask for the OFFER (ROI and charges before hand) note it down and make sure you know what is your CBIL score. Its online and it's free to get the past number for free and you can pay way too less money to get the fresh report as well. Trust me you will save money in getting the best offer from the bank. As if you don't do your checks and they do they will never give you your desired rate of interest.
Once the Bank work is done. Get a Sanction Letter. It's other than Pre-approval letter. ( in pre-approval as well your CIBIL score gets hit so plan accordingly )
After getting Sanction letter the MHADA people will give you NOC. It is nothing but the approval to get the Loan amount disbursed as its MHADA they cannot give the aggreent's and all for the loan amount to get disbursed.
Pay the difference amount like apart from the Property price there are other charges.
Land Lease
Maintenance charges ert.
Pay that and you are good to go ahead(My suggestion add the MHADA account as beneficiary in account as it helps a lot to make the payments.

No process / No work ethics.
They can take your whole day for small doc or sign which is required in any case.
Officials are mostly not available in office.
Try to call there number mostly no answers.
