★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here with time and stamina at 9-10 am 3rd floor. Get all your original documents with Xerox copies. Stand in queue to fill application form and attach required documents. All required documents list is pasted at place. Affidavit if required is also done here. Requested document may be given in 7-15 days by providing receipt number. If you have filled form on aapke sarkar website, it is of NO USE, please fill new application form , follow the required document process here. Limited parking. DO NOT contact any agent here.

Carry your own glue and extra photocopies (Xerox) of all documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gone here for Domicile Certificate for my son. It was a bit complicated case as we both are born outside Maharashtra. The employees here are very helpful and patient. Though I had to gather a lot of documents but once submitted the whole process was completed within 8 days (SLA is 15 days).
Some tips: Go with lots of change. Things cost you Rs12, Rs62, etc. Avoid college admission period. At that time it gets really crowded and the processing takes a lot longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience on all the visits here till date. The staff is helpful in clearing all of your queries even when it is crowded.
Some useful tips from my experience -
1) Bring all your 'Original' documents along with atleast 3 Xerox copies of every document required to submit. You never know when & which one they might ask for.
2) Keep some of Rs 1,2 coins as every application form(mandatory) here costs Rs 12/- & the application fee is also not in round figures like 33, 66 etc.
3) The documents displayed Online/at Maha E-seva kendra are sometimes misleading as you may require some extra documents which you may have no idea about. Example- for Domicile certificate there is no mention of 'INDEX 2' at any E-seva kendra or on YouTube. But, as I visited this office they told me it is a mandatory one. So, it is always a good idea to visit here & properly enquire about the required documents beforehand.
4) Never vist this place during the season of admissions i.e 'Jun-July-Aug-Sep' as this is the peak of the peak time & there is a hell lot of crowd & rush. The best time is in April & Mid May when it is only you in the entire office as people start working on gathering the documents only when admissions get closer.
*PRO TIP* - The cost of issuing a document like Income certificate, etc. from the Maha E-Seva kendra is Rs250-300 but believe me if you are capable & willing to spend that amount the peace of mind you will have is unmatched & if you listen to me, there is simply no reason to visit this place/office.
But you should visit this & get a document issued at least once to get a good hands on experience!?
