★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my ticket from redbus, but I wanted to change the date. Redbus has denied to do so. But Neeta helped me, they changed my date of journey at the last moment and I just had to pay the difference. Thanks a lot for helping me out.

The person at information desk at office is rude and pathetic in behaviour just trying to loot people by asking them to take rickshaw and go to wakdewadi and rickshaw drivers are his friends. When you call...he won't answer and say.. pune stn and cut the call... Booked through redbus.. worst experience... Instead take purple bus whose pickup point is on sadhu vaswani road near stn and pickup point officr owner is also good

If you're traveling from Mumbai . Go to neetas office and meet sandip. He's your guy. Nice and friendly. And gives discount too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not travel by this bus worst quality ever its not VOLVO its VOLVON they mention AIR SUSPENSION but there is no suspension
From out side bus looks nice but inside its garbage (KACHARA) also rest stop quality was so so so poor NEETA needs to look in to this otherwise they lose their brand value BUS NO . GJ 03 BV 4442 for new passengers please confirm bus number with operator before booking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to take the Neeta bus for my frequent travel from Mumbai to Pune and vice versa. Unfortunately, they do not always keep their promises.
Couple of incidents where in I booked a 2+1 seater and they issued a 2+2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor bus services. Bus takes several hours from station to express highway waiting for passengers.
Actual travel time is much less.
They don’t give ticket and receipts and take cash. Some people come in between ask for ticket which is never issued but money taken.
Never recommended if you are in hurry.

Choosing Neeta for especially friendly crew, tickets are affordable.
They have started Electric buses. Silent n comfy !!
Timely pick up n drop. AC works well.
