★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14/4 Absolutely disgrace of a company, took 1.3 lakh from me for a tv after 10 days still not received then asked to pay 10k more if I want the tv as price has changed even though I made payment during the sale. Now asking for a refund and nothing received yet. If you ever visit this store avoid speaking to Siya she will make your experience a nightmare!
30/4 UPDATE:
Eventually I had to pay the extra 10k to get the TV, which finally arrived on 29/4. I was promised by Siya installation would take place same-day, nobody came to install after several calls they came the next day. When they installed the TV it was dead on arrival! Again requesting a refund and being ignored, but this time Siya decided to laugh at me on the phone and said it will take at least another week for them to replace the TV and unresponsive to my refund request. I have now been to the store several times, had numerous calls with Siya who is the worst sales representative I have ever encountered. The HO said they have no affiliation with the Mi Home store and any complaints must be taken to the store directly, which they do nothing about. I am now having to wait till at least 7/5 for the replacement... So after making payment on 14/4 I would of waited nearly a month for my purchase (if this date even happens) and several hours of my time wasted! Do yourself a favor and avoid this store like the plague!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest MI store in bangalore to explore MI products. They do have Vaccume cleaner, TV,aptops, mobiles, bands..
The team are helpful. We visited fir MI Ultrabook.. They don't have the same in demo and they showed different product and suggest it looks as it is.
U can buy products instantly, but price is high compared to online stores like Amazon..
If u want to try and check all MI products this is the best place..
Ample place for parking as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had done some research and went to buy the Mi robot vacuum cleaner. The store did not have a functional demo piece! They asked us to go to another store for which we did not have the time. So we bought it anyway. The billing took almost half an hour. The person who came to install said it cannot be paired with alexa whereas I knew from my friend that both the vacuum cleaner and the lamp we bought can be paired. I googled and got it done. So the store and people experience was not good at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased Xiami NE Lite in this store as there was instant cashback of RS 5000. We asked them to convert our purchase amount to EMI option but they didn't do it and we didn't get any cashback also. Before billing the staff told us about the cashback so we asked them go ahead and bill it. Finally we didn't get any cashback or discounts. The same product was given with the cashback offer in MI online store. This store staff are only fooling customers with wrong billings. I suggest everyone be careful at the time of billing. Don't be fooled by these stupid people. They have not even updated correct store contact number also. This shows how good this store is. Very BAD Worst place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I love the Mi phones I have bought in the past. The store used to be good earlier, sadly the same cannot be said now.
I called the store on a working day to enquire about the availability of a particular phone and they cancelled my call. The next day I called again and the person at the store who answered confirmed the availability of the phone in the exact colour that I wanted. Since I previously had good experience here and this is one of the flagship stores I travelled all the way from Yelahanka to the store, a good 25+ kms. Here is where the problems start. The person I spoke to wasn't available. Then the sales rep at the store said the colour I want isn't available. They said it wasn't there so no one could have committed the same. I told them I had called and confirmed, I asked them to check the call records on the store phone, they said the person I had spoken to has gone out for lunch and has taken the phone with him (it's supposed to be the stores phone) ?. I tell them to call on the number, reluctantly they call, and guess what, the phone was hidden in the drawer in the store. All the staff were huddled and chit chatting while customers were waiting and looking for stuff. The guy who was answering my queries was actually quite useless and even rude at times. Worst service and the staff is just lazy and giving excuses for everything. Reluctantly bought the phone in a colour I didn't want since I had travelled all the way there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My redmi note 7 pro was automatically shutting down so i took it to mi store and they said its battery fault and they changed the battery for around 4000 rupees. But the issue was not fixed after 2 weeks when i went back, they said its software problem so i asked them why did they change the battery previous if it was software problem. They could have simply reload the software but they just want to fool their customers. Never buying any Mi phone again.
