However later I find that internal memory is not available and I am unable to click photos or videos. Even unable to receive videos through whatsapp. The contact no. given on website is switched off for past few months, thus unable to connect to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant staff only paying attention to the paid customer and not the ones under warranty, if you are going to get service you have to take a appointment and paid service will be done anytime without appointment, furthermore they are cheaters too, I got service for my mobile and it crashed again after a month, when I went to repair the handset to another service centre they told me that they had not changed the required switch but they only cleaned it but I paid the amount for changing the switch. Very bad staff, poorest service. The incident was on 20th of June not on the day I have posted(for the owner's reply) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well behaved.full knowledge of mobile.original accesories in actual price.over all very cooperative.i recommend all to visit and get there work done.post service is worst.not expected from digital india.matter needs to be brought to head offiçe.jiofy battery may be made available.chas is 7 km away.why not we r getting in sector.
