★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can reach here by any mode of transport. Near Heera Panna jewellers.
There are only few staffs there.. Environment is average.. you will feel ... they are just in search of money and in a couple of times i felt that you need a reach or direct contact if you want a good service along with some monatery benifits.
They takes so extra time even for a normal issue..
Overall good but they must imporve their staffs number and their social qualities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and fast service. Staffs are very friendly and well behaved. Same day delivery is available here. Location is pretty good. Very spacious, so no crowd gathering. It is on the first floor. If you have no bill or invoice in that case you will have to bring affidevit. Parking is available but not free. Online registration is available here.

Servicing facility is also good. if you have any issue with your mi related product then this could be the first place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited yesterday with my 11T because my phone display was not working properly. When I visited there service centre charge me 118rs for some service, after that they told me it's a water damage and all the motherboard and other parts is death, when I take this phone to the service centre it was working just display was not working after that they gave me bill for 21,999 for all the parts when I asked proof for water damage they denied and even they gave my phone without packing it, the executive surbhi Kumari was so rude she just said (Bahar ja kar banwalo wahi se pack karwa lena) i have purchased this phone on 5th March and now MI is giving such a pathetic service in patna bihar, even i will mail this issue to Mi customer care also Twitter this issue.
