They resolved it in an hour. I paid what they asked for. Before leaving the center I made a phone call.
Found both mics of my phone not working.
Gave the phone back. They kept me waiting for an hour
The rep came back after an hour said come tomorrow morning
Moral
They will damage your phone so that you pay them more
And then they will ask you to wait infinitely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (27/04/2022) i submitted my phone at around 5.28 Pm....the Phone suddenly started rebooting by itself and then it never turned on....so I approached the service centre...and the lady at the desk ..collected my phone and told me ...you will be getting a call from our end in about 1 hour ... about the status...Ex: what's the problem..
Note:the phone is in warrenty......and guess what I have not recieved a call back... Its 8.30 PM...now..
Sorry to say this...MI is a brand however the service centre staff is ###&all......

I inquired in this mi service center.
Then I inquired another mi service center in Mumbai like andheri goregao boriwali vasai n the cost is different so this mi service center is taking extra cost saying gst it's not fair if company not give equal cost every store so it's not flagship company n Brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service centre is not clean. The service providers are themselves confused with what they are doing. Their 5 mins is equal to 45 mins. The service was Ok, but after the 3rd round they remembered that they had to check my phone. During the first time, it didn't click to their minds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope to give them 5 stars but these guys are worthless to deserve 5 stars. Especially the lady in front desk. They are working for Xiaomi Corp and they don't know how to attend their customer. The guy working as technician named abhay was worthless too.
Despite giving the solution to customers they just give resemble to Excuses.
It's not like I am talking about my experience but about everyone who were here for servicing while I was waiting for mine to be.
If you are reading this (front desk) please be little kind to customers as because of their visit you getting paid.
