★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there wondering branded shop.
I wanted to buy m11 phone as shows by sales person.
I had gone with my wife to take new phon on emi basis.
But was poorly managed assuming we do not have aukaat and sales person refused to even show us phones or give details of other phone saying please bring documents first suspecting we are defaulters or thief's.
I insisted sales person to at least book the phone for me by paying advance and he even denied that
Once documents are cleared then only he told will show at that time.
I was quoted m11 for 10500.
I felt humiliated and there is another famous shop in Mira road named lakshmi (quite old and trusted store) i went there and got same m11 phone in 9500
And in half and hour took the phone home with me and they waited for me to deliver the documents to them in one hour. Sales person in lakshmi were so helpful that i understood about top 10 sirf naam bade darshan chote.
People can go there as per their convenience but i would recommend there other shops as well with helping nature then i found in top 10.
Bad experience and i couldnt give zero star hence gave 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff and special mention to Chetan Chavan, Yogesh, Birthday boy Kalpesh n all the staff who are always very helpful, polite and courteous. This is my third mobile purchase from Chetan and tht shop and the rates are extremely reasonable with guaranteed paperwork. So I'd strongly recommend anybody to buy mobiles or any other gadgets from there.

I've given my phone for repairing.
They've stolen everything & FRONT CAMERA BHI NAI CHOODA, It was very worst decision to go over there.
Today I can't attend my online lectures properly cuz of them.
I would request to everyone never give your phone over there for repairing cuz it's not safe & worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this Top 10 shop to buy a new phone. I wanted to buy Oppo. But the sales man there kept pushing for taking LG phone. I trusted that guy but it started giving problems like heating and hanging within a month. When we went there and met this guy they had zero customer service. And now just during that time I came to know that LG has stopped making phones. No wonder that guy was trying so hard to sell it to me. But with this attitude...this shop will shut down soon. I will never go to any of their branch. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE CHEATED THEN AVOID TOP 10. I wish there was zero star for this store

They were trying to rip me off on my ohine which i was gonna exchange
I went to some shops were giving me 11000 for my Phoneand they where giving me 8000
Its made me wait for atleast 15min just to ask the exchange price they wanted me to buy some old stock phone which was also expensive
Dont go to the shop if you think they would give you a better offer
They will rip you off
