★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service centre was neat n clean...they are following current covid terms..counter representative ( female ) is very kind and co-operative...these are pros
but...
at service centre, my experience is really very worse...disappointed with their service. in my case, they didn't understand my minor issue and unnecessarily they replaced some part ( placed of old version ). problem was remaining the same.
that's why i'll give only 2/5. and that 2 for front desk representative.

The staff is good & co-operative.
Premises were clean & neat.
Overall great experience!?

I was with my sister as her phone broke, and they tell me that please stand outside in shining sun.
Dont visit again.
