Anybody no manners how to talk the costumer.
Aslo the service is too bad they return your gadget after so many days like one week later with bad service. When you call them to talk about your gadget they just say tomorrow

It takes more than two weeks to replace a phone and they didn't even give a spare phone. They waste your valuable time and they will just extend your time nd waste it.plz don't give your phone here?waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always makes you wait for small and simple issues. Executives are not at all interested in solving problems. Should learn something from samsung service centres. Very unprofessional behavior with lack of knowledge. Xiaomi sucks at after sales services so as their service centres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought poco x3 pro in October 2021 after 6 month.I update my phone to miui 13 and my device after update automatically reboot problem i face and 4 days ago my device is dead.I come this service and they tell my device motherboard is dead and this providers tell me exchange your Device with redmi note 10 pro but i want my poco x3 pro but they tell me we will not gives our device and this device part will not available.And this service center provider behaviour is not good with customers.But i want my device. Repaired otherwise new device Poco x3 pro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre to ever exist. Staff is disgustingly rude for no reason at all. Donot go here if you want a decent service. Plus they charge you extra.Not even worth 1 star. I'll suggest, save your time , money and rather go to a decent service centre nearby.
