โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience ever. There is a girl her behavior is so rude. I received my phone after repaired its folder but there was a scratch on the back panel of phone which was not before repair and i ask for that she replied rudly that you go from here your work has been done. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience...workers are so rude to customers...they take off my screen guard without taking permission to me...I lost my 500rs screenguard...don't buy mi product bcoz they don't provide us good service...they also not changed my screen folder which is in 1 year warrenty...I would like to give -1 rating to mi service center

โ โ โ โ โ Got my redmi note 5 pro repaired here . My phone receiver and volume button wasn't working properly,so I approached mi agency/service center. I was asked to sign on particulars/document in 2 copies, 1 for service center, the other for customer. Waiting time was approximately 1hr. The seating area is sufficient to hold 9-10 customers at a time. Since I visited in the afternoon ,there were fewer people. I got my phone repaired within an hour .The behaviour of counter staff was polite. On receipt of my phone ,I was asked to handover the 2nd copy as well , and in return I got printed bill in 2 copies - for center and customer. I kept customer's copy . Given Rs. 647/- charge.
In addition to this , u can also purchase 1) power bank 2) headphones 3)chargers over here.

โ โ โ โ โ I'll tell you my experience of this service center. I was in my village and had to leave next day, suddenly I got to know that my phone's charging pin is not working I was tensed and then called here and they said that it'll be done, it was around 4:00 pm and distance between village and this service center is about 30-35 kms. I left for center reached around 6. They checked my device and said that will have to look if they have charging pin, luckily they had it and change it in around 30 mins and my tension was fade away. That time only I thought to post review on it. Would like to thanks whole staff of Mi service center Jaunpur. Thank youu very much ????

โ โ โ โ โ They are thieves! They charge you too much even for a smallest work, and replace your phone's original parts with old, used and duplicate ones! Now eyes on them!

โ โ โ โ โ This is very good service center, you can repair, exchange any xiaomi device in this service care.
My Redmi 5A's adapter was not working, then i visited in the care, i thought it will take around 30 mins. Or more but surprisingly they changed my adapter in 10 min.
All the time it takes only in queue.
Once your reach to the counter then give your bill's photo copy then give them your device.
Staff's behavior is better than other service care staff's.
Note-Bring your bill's photo copy and box of the device with you.
