★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good mi service centre near Baruipur. Staff are very polite and professional in behaviour. You can book your token online from Mi app to avoid queue. They can service your phone usually within 2 hours. Try to go there after 1pm to avoid crowd. Sunday closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wifes Note 10 prime got a salt water intake and the camera was not working properly. So we went to this centre. We gave the phone and they said they will call us. So they did call but the charges to repair the phone was approx 13600/-. (Phone price is 13999/-). I asked them to just wash/clean the phone and give me back. At the time of pickup they said they cleaned it. But still same problem. I paid 118/- just to take the phone. Then i went to some local repair shop, the phone was not cleaned only. I think they just dialed the test code and then gave me the price for repair. He cleaned it with 150/-. Now the camera is working fine.
The behavior of the ppl their is forcing/they just stick to their point. They must improve this.
I gave 2 star because they are maintaining the Covid regulations. Thats one thing i liked. This was my honest review. May be u will get better service.

My back cover was broken and bended
They ask me to change both back panel amd display while my display was working normally and didn't see any tear.
Then I repaired from Jadavpur, they changed my back panel only and now my phone is perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good & good behavior from Xiaomi workers...
But i'm giving it 4 star bcoz i recently claimed a warranty of my mi basic earphones which was not working properly and they gave me a new one but it's different from the previous one becoz that wasn't available now... I bought that earphone mainly for ear grip unique design but in the new i have not received that.. So,it's a big disappoint point for me...
Overall good & quick service....
