★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have changed my Redmi Note 4 battery. They do not return me my old battery and computer voucher, New battery's serial number. They give me handwriting bill, there is no Official Stamp. I asked them please give me my new battery's case but they told me it is not possible.

Due to covid situation You have to book your appointment Before you visit..But if there is no bookings at that moment you can directly visit them.you can also buy some Mi accessoires from this Place.The service is very good.

They are so bad and not to proper educated how to talk any customer.
I think not only me many other people are facing that issue I hear that .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not deserved 1 star also. Staff are behavior so rubbish they didn't know what is customer service. Product price range is soo high. Today i change my redmi note 8 battery but did not return my old battery. They said this is company policy. I made a complain to consumer forum let's see what they did.
