It's very painful to say that this customer service point is peddling to provide exact services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited them during covid relaxation period. Terrible service. Actually no service at all. They won't let you enter and make you stand outside at a small place, hoarding people there like cattle. They only provide service for new models. If the model is 3-4 years old, they don't keep the parts, not even battery, and instead will ask you to call them repeatedly to remind about buying that item, even then there is no guarantee that you will get the item. If your product is still under warranty period then you may visit them. Otherwise just go to the mobile repair shops in Saral Babur Bazar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy Chinese smartphone especially POCO M2 PRO because staff are not accepting the problems within warranty , they charges too much extra money for servicing. They don't want to work for free service. Staff behaviour is not bad or also not good.
