★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't do "in-warrenty services" lol ? this is the first time I get to know about such tjing even exist! A service center will only repair or give you the service when your product will be out of warranty! ? Hypocrisy at its level best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are well behaved and helpful. Usually we have a communication problem over the telephone medium but they received phone calls whenever I tried to reach out. The most important one, they provided me a quick service. I went for a display related issue and they did not hang up. I am pleased with them. One can reach their through Habra or Machhalandapur railway station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refer to the customer as their own. Doesn't want to believe the customer. My phone was just crashing the app, they opened it and checked and said the battery is dead. and give me to check the battery and it was increased in size . But I did not face any problem with the battery while using day to day . And they told me If I want to change the battery it cost 1946 rupees. Where the original price of the battery is 799 rupees ( mi spare part web). After they opening my phone it's has lots of scratch on back side camera . Absolutely bad service, they don't know how to behave with customers,only showing their high attitude. I don't know if they give original spare parts but they charge high amount of money. Totally I am getting bad service from MI day to day.
