Don’t buy from Senco worst experience the workers are not educated and there behaviour is worst .. they don’t except return after 4 days only if you buy from another branch of senco . me after choosing things spending 1 hours they are saying it can’t be exchange Worst experience for life time …hate it Buy from different branch of senco not from habra ..

Love this place.. really amazing their gold jewellery collection and design within medium budget.. and their approach to the customer is remarkable...

Sudipto saha is one of the most worse person in this branch habra. Hope to not co.e back again ? totally not valu customer service..amit was a manager he try to solve it but still ..need to improve the skill.

Bad customer service when compared to other competitors stores like Tanishq. You will not feel welcome and definitely they will not value you for the time and money you spend here. We visited to check on the collections. First they have very limited collection and on top of that the sales representatives will not show you half of the items. You will have to keep insisting and then they might show you some extra pieces. I was wondering how they are sustaining in the market with such bad customer experience. The lady who was displaying the items was not interested to show us new collections at all. She kept saying thats all we have. It becomes very difficult to select an earing or necklaces when you show us only 5-6 pieces. As soon as my wife tried an earing she was more keen on finalizing that piece instead of showing us more options. Moreover she was more interested in selling other items like imitation or monthly investment schemes. We got irritated as she was not interested in selling the items we wanted to see but was more interested to make us understand how monthly schemes can help us in the long run. We somehow selected two earrings and came out. We went back after two days to exchange one item. This time also the experience was similar. They don't have collection. Only few items to choose from. Moreover this time once we finalized an item and went for billing, the sale person took a customer feedback form and filled it by himself. He gave all full ratings and told me to submit it at the billing counter. I did not submit it. Well this was expected from them. They themselves know they will never get good feedback from customer, so they fill it themselves. We also saw that they have water bottle and coffee provision for customers but they never serve them. Every store does it. Even Senco Gold store in Barasat serves coffee and water to all incoming customers. But this store does not value customers at all. Probably the management needs to be changed. I hope Senco Gold higher authorities see this review so that they can improve this store. Else this store will definitely ruin the customer experience. I personally will always avoid Senco Gold for the bad customer experience I had visiting this store twice. Not recommended at all. Think twice before walking into this store and investing your hard earned money. Visit Tanishq or any other store instead.
