★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. I guess the owner outsources the work to others when doesn't have enough manpower. Hence, my rating is contradictory. Dfridge got damaged. Kitchen's contents were all messed up. Lost a gas's burner. They were randomly throwing the stuff in cartons.. sent bolero instead of 407 which wasn't enough to carry everything. Had to carry xouple of bagz by myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience with their services. They arrived on time and completed the packing very efficiently. Fragile items like glassware was handled with care. All items were delivered and unpacked at the destination without any damage. Would highly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT BOOK THEM! THE WORST MOVING EXPERIANCE EVER.
Please do not book them, I had a horrendous experience. Below are the problems faced by me.
1) Sent a small pick up truck instead of a bigger vehicle. later made me pay 3K extra for the second round. Even though the requirement was clear, the organizer sent a small vehicle.
2) One of the movers stole 4-5 items. We caught him in the act.
3) Damaged Refrigerator
4) Damaged Washing machine (Not Functional anymore)
5) Damaged wardrobe
6) Rs50 per carton box if not returned on the same day which was not discussed
7) When complained about all the damages, the admin did not give any resolution, rather he was keen on charging for boxes.
They don't have basic knowledge of moving or packing anything. They kept a heavy Microwave with the glass top inside on a top load washing machine. He didn't even realize that it would damage both the items.
Check the images, pay extra for a professional packers and avoid such shady movers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor, unprofessional, time pass people. They don't know how to handle precious stuff of their customers. They don't even get spacious vehicle to put the articles. They save packaging material and create damages for their customers. They get random people to get the job done who have no experience of packing and moving items. I incurred loss of my furniture, precious decoration material, etc. after taking their services recently in Bangalore. Please don't book their services.

My consignment was picked up and delivered on time with a perfect delivery system. I suggest them as they are provide good value for money service. Personal experiences may differ but for me this one among the best packing and moving experience I had. All the best team Micro packers and movers.
