★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour is not that good.. otherwise in service they are pretty good..to reach there one has to board bus or auto from Asansol city bus stand and de-board at rambandhu talav..intex and Micromax service centres are adjacent to each other...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The micromax service centre is shifted to Rambandhu Talaw. This is not the original address. I spent the whole day traveling. Also the service centre at Rambandhu talaw is detoriated.
No accessories available. Looked people are bogus. The entrance is scary. Service centre staff not responding. Somebody playing games on the pcs. It was a total mess. Place was dirty. Not much lighting. My full morning was wasted and I think i hav to go to Kolkata for the repair and spare parts. First time saw such an ugly place... Please look into this before going...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small service center. on the first floor. the staff i came across was good. very cordial n willing to listen to issues with patience. service is fast. they inform when its done via ph. although only once, but the experience was cool enough. the best part is the ph is working really fine after service. am satisfied and contented.
