★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience....cheating own customers as much they can. I had downloaded full security patch update from realme official website and installed through recovery mode option (as clearly mention on realme website).After installation,network signal on both sim card was not receiving.when I visited this place.they said me 'your phone has been rooted'.I told them,all the aforesaid steps but they replied very rudely "did realme threaten you to update your phone? You did it ..it is your fault...you have to pay 180₹ for software update.I paid the amount despite of product was within warranty.When I asked for bill ,they said me,"you have to wait 1 hour".I replied 'ok'. After 15 min ,a person came & said, 'system is slow,so I can give you hand made bill'
Which kind of service is it? they are making fool and providing fake bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though we are going through a very difficult time due to this COVID-19, they are very good at their service. Very polite behaviour of that uncle sitting on the front desk and the issue has been resolved very quickly. I am really impressed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service center....great experience.. this authorised service centre is shiffted to courtmore sani mandir........My phone's display was damaged under warranty period....They changed the display within 2 hours for free... amazing.... polite attitude of both the staffs
