★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After micronix took iball service center in it , their quality of work is just horible . I got my iball laptop display replaced under warranty becouase i was facing display fluctutaion in it. Took more than a month because display wasn't in stock. Fine !! The main twist here was after the diplay got replaced when i i checked the diplay quality it was worst of worst my laptop had an full hd ips display with crystal clear viewing angle . But the diplay which they replaced had whitish tint everywhere . When i questioned them about this , their was no staisfactory answer from them .I indeed asked them that was the original display which they replaced or the duplicacte one . The executive replied that if you have any issues then call the iball toll free nunber .!! And hence he left off immediately. Such aggnorant person. I suggest people not to visit this service center ever . Either replace them locally outside it would be much satisfactory there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center aso provides service for iball brand but they only provide service if it is in warranty by replacing the defective item. They do not repair your product. My smps became defective after 2 months of warranty period and they said to buy a new one since they don't provide repairing for iball products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheapest grade service. I ball services over here are completely fraudulent. They simply collect the items, replace or damage them, then give u a buy back option. Else they simply collect the items, take a minimum of 1 month & then say it repeatedly that spares are unavailable. Plz don't fool yourself visiting them. I ball company should be blamed actually for giving authorization to such a company.
