★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very supportive staff. I have been there for pen drive and SD card replacement on two separate occasions.. they guide for the replacement procedure. They are professional and we'll behaved. I had nice experience in getting it replaced. Never had to spend more than half an hour to get it done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service i have ever received from any service centers in India. Generally we have to wait in a service center. But here, the staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They resolved my issue within 5 mins. Only thing you need before a visit to this place is the RMA number,which you can get from the toll free customer service number or you can also directly send a mail along with your purchase proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service but still one should know the procedural for replacement of sandisk accessories like memory sticks, hard disks etc. 1st to call the Sandisk Global Cjstomer Care and to book a complaint along with registering ur product and then they would provide replacement number with which u have to come here to get a replacement for the product u purchased. This also serves as Toshiba, Asus, Kingston service centre. Great service and with no time I got the replacement.

Behaviour of the person is very rude. They said U r getting cheaper in online.. soo go contact them. We will not provide services for online buyer.
