Midas Touch interior & more - Pune

I was looking to furnish my Two house at Pune & visited Midas Touch interior & more On reference. Iam glad to share that they have Good Showroom with variety of options to choose from. Staff including store incharge ,were knowledgeable &extremely helpful. They customised my requirements & delivered the furniture & finishing was superb .They made very good arrangements for delivery & assembled all items with perfection. I would recommend Midas Touch interior&more to all those who are looking to furnished their house....

Disappointed and felt cheated the bed delivered was eaten by bugs as shown in pictures and they refused to replace it. The lesson learnt was never make full payment to them in advance. Dont trust them.

Very good showroom with a wide range of furniture. Definitely visit this place before buying or customising funiture. I went there to see Bedroom set /sofa as that was the part of the home l wasn't getting customised. Design and quality looked good (haven't odered anything there but I do plan to ).Do negotiate with them on price. ...

The furniture quality is super good ,I have ordered bedroom set and they people customized exactly what l expect soo I'll give thumbs up ??.And yes the staff is also very cooperative and helping. Surely gonna order more.?. Thanks.for Midas....

We visited this place and we loved it. We bought a Bedroom and Sofa Set from here. Sale guys are super nice and knowledgable. I have back pain and they were able to recommend the right height and cushioning level. We spent close to 2 hours and they patiently walked us through all the options and trying out various combinations to get the right height and depth. They custom made the Sofa slightly different to accommodate both of our needs. Awesome place! We are enjoying our sofa. I would definitely recommend Midas Touch to my friends and family.

After 1 year I am writing review . Thought to give these fraudulent people to correct their mistakes. WE had given full furniture and civil work order and full payments to Midas Touch after meeting sales person Mr. Mohmand and Owner Mr. Ahmed. If you don not want to suffer through what we have gone please go thought below list of reasons for not to choose Midas Touch Furniture:- People Midas Touch Furniture is fraudulent business tactic run by these two people in Baner and aundh. 1.Very unprofessional and does not follow the deadline at all. Even after 1 yr still his work order not completed from his end. 2.Has very unskilled workers with no technical skillsets 3.Worst quality material 4.Expect Rework in each everything after clear order is given and you end up following with him for months to correction and rework Please refer below photos as proof of their incapabilities and fraudulent business tactics:- 1.Its sink fitting along with Kota platform. His workers did this activity thrice. 1st time they installed broken platform without any communication, 2nd time height of platform was very high. and 3rd time they did not move washing machine pin on side of wall. 2.Kitchen trollies they did it twice.at 1st time acrylic lamination had black patches inside it and they installed. hence they replaced whole set up again. Also design was changed multiple times because they could not manage to get decided hinges and asked us to change design at 11th hr. 3.It took four months, to replace poor quality pipe fittings done for additional sink they installed in dining. 4.Bed was worst. It had bed bugs all over and it took 1 weeks for us to realize that even our maid told us these bugs are bedbugs. 5.we had ordered box pillows for couch and he had provided us normal pillow of worst quality 6.further couch foam does not even have black colored cover to it and it worst and dusty because of which all my family member fall sick. 7.Dining table wood is of worst quality. He has painted it white and color is just going off even with slightest touch to it. when we complained he sent worker to paint it again. I can share the video also. 8. Acrylic lamination used for cupboards and TV panel is of worst quality and there are scratches all over it from start 9. within week of installation air bubbles started to show up on TV panel and all, which they again took to workshop and made holes in lamination to remove air bubbles. And misguided us as they had applied fresh laminates. 10. Master bedroom cupboard design he had changed to save material without our knowledge. 11. Most of soft closer fitted to cub board are not working. Alignment of Cupboard doors wrong for all 7 Cub boards in furniture and can not be repaired. 12.Jugadu electric fittings done. Wires fitted without casing in kitchen. Two of LED bulbs never worked at all. 13.springs started coming out from mattresses which has provided for bed 14.Whole flats Flooring has scratched for which he had clearly taken responsibility at initially but did not polished flooring later 15. His workers were hardly working for 2 Hr a day and used leave our home dirty without cleaning very day and still 10% of activities are still pending from MIDAS TOUCH against 100% payment we have made. Both the Owner Ahmed and salesman Mohamed are big time fraudulent people. And they are running fraudulent business and looting customers. Please note I am very much sure when you discuss about this review with them, they will tell silly stories about payments all and misguide you. (Same trick they used when he had made point about one of the review in our initial discussion) Complete Furniture is designed by me and my husband still they were incapable to execute the activity. Please people do not fall in their trap of all 5* fake ratings here. These fraudulent people and don't deserve to suck our money and blood which we earn by putting our efforts and time. (I would have preferred -ve rating if google allows.)
