★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this showroom 3 days back and said to a sales person to tell me the features of activa but the sales person look so dull...he just sit there and show me the page where all the details are written..and I have to read that by myself and then he was busy talking to somebody...he has no excitement or interest in selling the scooty. Then I asked something..he didn't listen..I said it three times then he response that the price is not negotiable...I just went away from there..and he has no response to it. Worst experience in this showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. They keep your vehicle overnight telling you that they are overloaded. After 48 hours while picking up the vehicle you are again made to wait for long time with a comment that there is ‘labor shortage’. If you are short of labor then hire people and don’t give excuses to customer who is waiting for a 2 wheeler vehicle to be serviced for 2 long days. I would say don’t buy vehicle from here and definitely don’t service. Their customer service is worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workers from this showroom speaking very smoothly before buying vehical from them but once, sold they are not caring for fruther services I brought new bike from here after few day one scrow was lost when I went in showroom and ordered scrow but they didnt provide me a single scrow even I reached to them three times and not responding properly and giving shameless reasons.If vehicle taken from your showroom you should provide each and every service at least for a few month because customer not asking any thing free and ready to pay money.If you are not able to privide service you should communicate properly with customer, I think thus is good practice.but here in this showroom I got very bad experience which I never before ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with entire experience with Aman, staff is not polite, charging 2% extra on credit card and 1% extra on debit card. Staff is not cooperative. Even not ready to listen for any suggestion.... I think Honda motors should find alternate dealer for their sales and services. Please prefer other dealers if anyone wants to buy Honda two wheeler..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service , please be careful before giving up vehicle for service . My scooter tank was 65% before handing for service and was also mentioned on job card but after servicing it was just 50% . When I asked about it the senior service employee he didn't respond and had no answer for it. We had a very bad experience and recommend to use any other service center other than this.
