β β β β β A very nice store and very nice staff, always helpful, and thou it is a factory second outlet whatever I have purchased have never given any electronic or machinery problem, yes of course whatever problem is there dent, scratch, paint problem, they will up front let you know before buying, so the customer is not fooled., I am buying products from them for past 14 years now, my washing Machine, refrigerator, AC, Microwave all are from this store, its more than 12 years since I using my fridge, now I need to replace the same, so will surely visit Milan again. THANK YOU for your service for all these years.

β β β β β Extremely poor after sale service. Technician doesn't know what is to be repaired. Repair charges of 3000 for a fridge which was bought for 12K. Refuses to show us the part which is removed/repaired. Personally I would never buy from here again or recomend anyone to.

β β β β β Excellent customer service! Got an awesome deal on a new smart TV. The staff is knowledgeable and will guide you to buy the best product. Thier focus is on getting you the right product rather than the most expensive one. They have thier own in-house service centre which ensures that the customer isn't left hanging if they face any issues. Milan Enterprise also have good deals on second hand electronics and showroom rejects. Definitely a recommended place for your electronics!

β β β β β They may have a large variety of appliances, but lack the basic ethics of doing business. In the appliance market, the only thing impprtant for any customer is customer service and the trust that the dealer will sell you the right appliance.
We bought a second hand fridge from Milan, trusting that he would stop us if we made the wrong purchase. But 2 months in and we started facing issues with the fridge. Since it was covered under 6 months warrant given by the dealer himself, we could get it repaired for free.
8 months in and the fridge broke down again. Their employee came and showed us an expense of 3000 rupees of replacing a part called circuit. They told us that 3000 is to replace the entire circuit later on and when the repairman came to fix the part back, he got the same repaired part backand told us that the part has been replaced with a new part. When asked for where the old part is they had nothing to show for it and started arguing in circles.

β β β β β Extremely disappointed with their after sales service. Offered a great deal at the time of buying a refrigerator and the people there are very cordial while making the sales. However, when it comes to after sales service, our experience turned out pretty disappointed. While you charge for a repair service, there is no justification on what the problem is and the high charges for the same. Wasn't expecting things to turn out this way, after a good experience while purchasing
